Just droped for me. New rare item. I'm not gonna spend time on getting Crismon Fel hat. Drops from Drakki after the 1.10 patch. Hes alot more harder now though need 2 warriors and hunter trick wont work.

it looks like mage gear imo, as +dmg and +spell hit% is quite good on mages. Slap on +150 mana or +8 int and you got yourself a very nice turban. Could care less for the graphic, as with all turbans...

Basically, you're sacrificing +80 hp and useless +8 Spirit for +6 dmg and +1% hit. The +1% hit essentially increases your damage by 1%, with a practical cap on it.

If you carry around two sets of gear like me (+dmg and stats for AoE), you'll go for Spellweaver Turban.

Earlier this week I got myself the evil pimp style Crimson Felt Hat. An hour later my guild mates wanted me to join an UBRS run tho as the only Mage. I who earlier had vendored my Spiritshroud Legs(Because of the stats who was about the same as Magister's Leggings) got a new pair(Love the new stats). At Drakkisath this headpiece dropped! And my crimson felt hat got its' place in bank(just for the look ^^)

I have run ZG 3-4 a week for several months now. The obvious piece to compare this to is Hexxer's Cover. Well, Hexxer's cover is better - but not THAT much better (Although Hexxer's looks WAY cooler). Think about it, this piece only has 1 less intellect and 5 less damage. It also has 10 less stamina but that's arguable from Mage to Mage if that's important. And THEN you have +1% hit! If you haven't run ZG you don't even know how much a difference plus hit gear makes. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this piece is on par with Hexxer's Cover, just in a more lateral sense. +1% hit is better than +5 damage any day.

I just put +8 intellect on this. People underestimate the importance of +hit gear. Read about how resists are calculated and you'll understand. If you're running end-game instances, +hit is where its at. I wouldn't take the Hexxer over it unless it had the ZG enchant.

I put a ZG enchant on it. Moves it up to +54damage and +2spell hit pretty freakin awesome imho. I have noticed my resist rate on mobs in MC has been greatly reduced(Previously I had no +hit.)

i prevosly had the piece rend drops but when this dropped i needed and got it. its really nice. Dreadmist robe also dropped, but iw asnt allowed to roll b/c my guild gave it to the warlock clas lead, who had a robe of the void. i was like wtf why would he want that, but w/e i love the turban

Lol, I got this last night from Drakk, I was pretty happy that SOMETHING dropped that I could use. I was really hoping for Dreadmist Robes, but this is good too! :D I have Lead Architects Monocle (or something like that) now, but I need ONE MORE DAMN LEVEL TO USE THIS! lol... anyways, this is a good peice of head armour for locks and mages.

I got this from Drak on my frist guild run to UBRS. Pretty exciting... But when I wear it with my Robes of the Archmage, I look like Aladin >_>;;

Had this drop today and lost it to a druid. Now how come a warlock is losing this to a druid? The fool is apparently brain dead as to not know who he is raiding with or just doesn't think a lock needs it, as you can imagine. His reason, "no mage". Somehow that is an excuse to his need roll. This problem shouldn't be occuring anymore since the game is a few years old now. Simple put for other players with brain damage out there, if it is not your armor type, don't roll need. Thanks!

well i wouldnt worry too much aboput losing it, the drop rate now is really high, soo if you go often you will surely get it, next time ask the leader to do ML.

this item is so sick.. it is better than netherwind AND hexxers cover, damage-wise.. the only real upgrade from this would be mish'undare for a pve mage.

Im very confused..... how can a level 60 blue drop off drak when everyone knows that all bosses at the end of an instance( not raid ) will drop up to level 58? Can someone please tell me how this can be?

Great Caster head slot of PvEing. With it array of offensive stats this can easily last a caster till they acquire their t2 head from ony.

compared to hexxer's cover, this has less dm but has +1hit which is essential in pve

I got this on my first UBRS run as a noob 60 I think, and it looks like I'll be wearing this for straight DPS boss fights until Mish'dunare. Hexxer's Cover is more +dmg and thus better for mobs not level 63, but the +1% to hit makes the difference on raid bosses. Netherwind and Arcanist are better for really long fights due to the spirit and mana regen, and Arcanist will be worn for FR obviously, but really suck in the damage department.

I really like the graphic on my troll Mage; it covers his mohawk up completely for a really different look. Unfortunately I don't want to have to toggle the show helm graphic every time I put on Arcanist, which looks absolutely hideous on me.

There was no mage or warlock in our raid so I got this as a nice addition to my dmg gear (+291 total shadow dmg).

Got this beautiful thing on my first 1.10 UBRS run :D Was surprised when Drakk dropped a whopping 4 blues (pattern, set BP, and 2 others, this included). Luckily, everyone else was just running the place for fun, and already had their MC/BWL stuff, so I won with no competition.

Very nice :)
