Quest reward from killing C'Thun, this is arguably the best caster ring in game at the moment, featuring everything required, stats wise, for PvE. Great ring, don't pass on this one ;)

Lol this has 4 Dmg more than Ring of Spellpower.
If you already have 2 of them I dont think its worth the DKP and wipes.

This should be considered best ring available for locks, in combo with BoDD or Rytssin's Ring of Chaos if u want some more dmg/crit, or with Band of Forced Concentration if you lack +hit% from the other slots :O

For PvE, 1% hit could be considered worth about 10 damage, as long as you're below the hit cap. 47 DMG is a lot better than 33, kthx.

For PvP, tossing in that extra 50 HP is quite nice.

I would use this ring and the Brood of Nozordomu Exalted one for massive +DMG, +Hit, and decent stats.
