First boss in Blackwing lair drops teir 2 bracers. Second boss drops teir 2 belts. There's your trash loot for BWL. I must say though, i've finally found a replacement for bracers of prosperity. My rejuv tics for 313. Now i just have to get the entire set, so i can make priests cry with my outhealing them. :)

I think the new bracer graphics look really cool, like a bark kind of thing, too bad it's covered up by gloves. Pretty good gloves, just wish they had mana regen.

im at like 345 per tick now, but i only have 2 stormrage still.....its easy to get + healing gear tho, got like +500 healing now

Mine ticks for 412. pwnt. And I don't even have these bracers yet. I'm still chugging along with the crappy Cenarion ones.

Got these and slapped +4Mana/5 sec. on them. Until I actually have a chance to get the T3 bracer quest item from Anub'rekhan I'll keep these.

In the end higher stats are not important in end-game. T2 even has slightly less +stamina than T1 and only a little more +int. However, it has far more +manaregen and +healing which is all you need in the end. You cast HT rank 5-7 and while you are casting your mana regenerates almost to 100% again. Of course it's not as extreme as that but in the end you will be able to chain-heal for minutes without needing a manapot or dark/demonic rune.

2 things to keep in mind:

They are bracers, so the stats are not going to be amazing.

They are much better than Cenarion.

Just got mine today for 75dkp, after we downed Razoregore 5times. It's pretty rare IMO first to drop in our guild. I don't think it suck, its good. In BWL its all about +heal and mana regen. These definately have nice +heal for bracers.
