This necklace is a great necklace for it's level for warriors rogues and enhancement shamen. The stamina is great and the strength bonus is a nice plus. Rogues however, if they have enough stamina, might prefer the level 28 Scout's Medallion, the WSG neck piece. It is especially good for the level 29 bracket for twinks. I've seen those go for around 20-30g in the Auction House. While pricey to those who solo level, it is not a bad buy for those with funds from a main.

I've found no less than three dropped from Cave yetis or Enraged yetis in the cave in Hillsbrad north of Southshore

This dropped for me from a "hulking mountain lion" in one of the finger like ridges on the southshore side of alterac mountains. I probably killed 50 of them before this dropped, I was just killing them for xp.

Sold at AH for 15g!

i was a lvl 33 rogue when i found on a lycan (warewolf) in duskwood and USED IT

i am now lvl 52 and i am still using it lol! i couldve had my mount money!

i hope i get 2 more for my other character and another for AH for my other characters mount :)

This isn't a marketplace. Since 99,9% of everybody reading are playing on other servers we couldn't care less if you want to buy one. Go spam the trade channel instead!

Regarding the "best" place to find one.. It's a random world drop, so the best place to farm one is an area with alot of mobs in the right level range (31-33). You'll probably have to kill 5000 mobs before you get one, so personally I'd rather buy one on AH for 100g.

Saw one of these on AH and had to wipe the drool off my mouth, especially after seeing the price...

So the next day I'm in Desolace killing some Hatefury Satyrs (I was approx. 33 at the time) and one dropped. I lost bladder control for a moment, and after some debating I equipped it.

At 40 now and it's still the best neck piece for me as a Warrior. I think I'll have use of it for a while longer.

This items is great even for casters. For rogues and hunters the rep necklace is better.

I use different stat ranks to compare items. For my 29 priest i say 3x stam, 2x int, 1x spi...this items actually outranks all other necklaces at that level if you use my ranks. I've found that in WSG you die enough to regain your mana, especially if you don't have very much HP. Smart player's target the healer first, so I try to get my priest as much HP as possible. Int and spi is pretty useless if I'm getting owned by ambushes. Most of the best gear ends up being Eagle greens, however.
