愤怒 is a great set for mitigation and the full 8/8 set is one of the best gear sets you can wear in terms of pure mitigation but, at this point in time (Phase 3 and beyond) you'll be starting to gear less toward damage mitigation and more toward threat generation.

征服者 is incredible for the sheer amount of stats each piece gives you, while the set bonuses aren't very relevant you should try to get your hands on almost every piece of this gear.

无畏 has some of the highest item level in the game, you shouldn't be too surprised that each piece of Dreadnaught gear has a very generous amount of stats. The 2-piece might seem underwhelming, but, it's one of the most significant threat increases you can get from gear. The 4-piece is probably the most infamous because a lot of players consider it to be a requirement in order to tank The Four Horseman encounter in Naxxramas.
