Managing Your Experience

Explore Zones: Although it might sound tedious to do so, explore every zone you think you might go to on your 19 twink. Don't Equip Your BoEs Until The Very End: Many items that twinks use are Bind on Equip and can be equipped with no cost to your experience. With these items, I wouldn't equip them until you are 19, finished with everything else, and ready to PVP.

Do Dungeons and Quests As Early As Possible: If you need an item from a Dungeon you should have a friend run you as soon as possible, it may take you several runs to get a particular item. In addition, Quests and/or Dungeon Quests should be completed as soon as you can pick up the quest, most of the time you can finish all of your quests before level 18. It's worth noting that certain quests will require level 19 to begin so you will want to have everything else completed before then.

Be Patient: There's a lot to complete on a 19 twink and you should be ready to invest the time necessary to make sure you are happy with your finished character. For instance, you are able to complete things like professions, the STV fishing event, as well as the STV arena event all at level 10, there's no reason to rush these things.
