The guide will help Warriors understand what items they should be needing on in Dungeons, what quests to do for rewards, and what items Warriors should be crafting to min-max their odds of winning PvP confrontations.

How to Gear Your Warrior for Classic WoW PvP
When going from PVE to PVP there are some key differences in the gear you are looking for, most importantly you now only need 5% hit for PVP combat and you'll now be placing a higher value on things like stamina and armor.
In PVP Warriors are going to be looking for items that provide their main stats: Strength with directly increase the damage of your abilities, Agility will provide you with a better chance to land a critical strike, Stamina will increase your health allowing you to survive more attacks, and most importantly using a 2h weapon will increase the damage of your

, a powerful attack that reduces the healing your target receives. Arms has three talents that are dictated by the weapon you are using:

is widely considered the best option because of the burst potential,

is a close second because it provides you with 5% crit which is very valuable when your gear is lacking crit, and finally

is the weakest of the three simply due to the lack of good maces in the game. Ultimately you should use the best weapon available to you and spend your talents accordingly.

Classic PvP Honor Set for Warriors
At ranks 7, 8, and 10 you will receive 2 pieces of the rare PVP armor set:
The Alliance gain access to

, there's no difference in stats between the two sets beyond the cosmetic appearance which is dictated by your faction.
For PVE the 40 attack power set bonus is very important and makes wearing a combination of 2-pieces of this gear best in slot. In particular, the legs, chest, and shoulders are the ideal pieces you would use to gain the 40 AP bonus for PVE.
For PVP this set is overall quite good, the stat budget on this gear is primarily focused on what you'd want for PVP combat (strength, stamina, crit, and even a little bit of hit). This gear can be pretty easily replaced by raid gear and you can definitely tell that the epic gear is a tier above the rare set.
At ranks 12 and 13 you will receive 3 pieces of the epic PVP armor set:

The set bonuses for the epic gear is the reverse of the blue gear, you get +20 Stamina as your 2-piece and 40 Attack Power as your
6 piece, this means that you'll gain the added bonus of a little extra health when using the pieces from this set. In particular, the Boots, Legs, and Shoulders are some of the best pieces of Warrior gear in the game.
This gear is good for both PVE and PVP, it has all of the stats you want for PVP (namely lots of stamina) as well as incredible stats for PVE. The legs are some of the best legs in the game so you can imagine that getting this set as early as phase 2 would be a dramatic increase to your character's power.
Best Armor for Classic PVP Warriors
With Phase 6 we finally have all of the gear in Classic to choose from, warrior pvp bis is widely considered to be 3 piece rank 12 gear (hands, legs, feet) and 3 piece tier 2.5 (helm, shoulders, chest) and alongside that you can easily wear wristguards of vengeance and girdle of the mentor from Naxxramas. The only other thing worth mentioning here is that while dreadnaught might not be the best gear to wear for pvp, it still has a ridiculously high amount of armor, stamina, and strength and can be used in situations where you want a little extra bulk.

Standard Trinkets
These are a couple of trinkets that you can use for general purposes, they are very similar to what you would use in a standard PVE situation.

Utility Trinkets
These are trinkets you would swap on for certain situations where the utility that the trinket provides gives you an advantage in PVP.
These trinkets should be rotated on and off based on the situation you are in and whether or not the trinket is on cooldown. Your class insignia is a pretty safe trinket to equip in any situation and with a short cooldown of 5 minutes, you'll be able to use it often. Other trinkets are on a more specific-use basis: for instance, Ramstein's Lightning Bolts are good for dealing AoE damage to a large number of enemies while Nifty Stopwatch can increase your speed in a situation where you are unable to mount.

Similar to the "utility trinkets" above you will want to use these trinkets depending on the situation you are in and whether or not they are off cooldown. For instance, the Gnomish Net-o-Matic Projector is excellent for rooting mounted players to reduce their speed to 0, while the Ultra-Flash Shadow Reflector would be best suited for situations where you are fighting against Warlocks and Shadow Priests.

Best Two-Hand Weapons for Classic PVP Warriors
With Arms being the dominant spec for PVP as a Warrior in Classic World of Warcraft, you'll be wearing your two-hander majority of the time. Because Arms abilities deal damage based on your weapon's damage, you'll want to find a weapon with a high top end that is on the slower side of the swing speed. Molten Core will provide you with several great options, with dungeons and professions having suitable alternatives as well.

When you're looking to be a bit more defensive and potentially reduce incoming physical damage you'll swap to a one-hand weapon and shield (sword and board) and you'll want a weapon that is the same weapon type as your two-hander because it'll benefit from the 5 talent points you've placed in Arms.

I would add Runeblade of Baron Rivendare as the best warrior PvP item IF you can get it.,
This sword buff snapshots your gear when you equip it. Allowing you to change your gear after you equip the sword.
Why is this important?
This sword's healing regen is a 1:1 ratio with + healing gear.
If you are lucky enough to get this sword, buy a bunch of green +healing gear. Get as much healing as you can. Then equip the sword. Then equip your normal PvP/PvE gear.
700+ healing a tick is easily possible. You don't hit hard as someone with a t2 weapon, but the regen and movement speed makes up for it.
Kiting as a hunter with a constant heal + movement speed? Warrior with their own pocket healer?
It makes this weapon a very good find, you just gotta get it to drop >.<
They changed it in a hotfix.

I'm surprised to see the Kazzak cloak isn't on this list for pvp. 20 Stam and 1% crit.

should definitely be a weapon option, as it can be gotten without any raiding, mace spec is great for pvp, it has built in stun and weapon skill does not matter in pvp.

ZG belt is better than omokk one and i don't see jagged obsidian shield which is for me bis pvp shield (+5 All Resistances and when struck by a harmful spell, the caster of that spell has a 5% chance to be silenced for 3 sec. 20s cooldown).
