That's a breastplate, not a gun, silly rabbit.

Regarding what gun it is: 苍狼之啸

Various green quality guns at lower levels use a similar model, although possibly not exactly identical, it should suit your needs as this gun is from a Worgen only quest.

For example: 毁灭型超大火枪 seems to be the same model as well.

Browse through this list and have a look at some of the guns to see if you can find a similar one that you have easy access too.
