Mage - WOW classic/vanilla - Talent Specs

Alright, so, I haven't played classic/vanilla in many many years. I'm sure a lot has changed since then. I've been looking around at different Mage talent spec recommendations and I've been seeing a lot of variation between builds. Some of these talent spec examples are probably outdated but I can't be certain.

Would someone be willing to link / share their Mage builds for:

Fire PVE (Naxx/AQ)
Frost PVE (MC/BWL etc)

Fire PVP
Frost PVP
or
Hybrid PVP

And Pre-RAID PVE.

I assume when leveling from 1-60, you'd recommend a Frost AoE build for soloing and dungeon teaming as opposed to a single target DPS spec. Possibly even an Arcane-focused AoE spec. Feel free to link builds for these. This is arguably where I've seen the most variation by far and certain talent decisions haven't made much sense to me, and probably would've been laughed at while I was actively playing.

Also, I think you start receiving talent points at level 9? And how frequently do you receive new talent points?
