I was able to solo this as a level 53 Rogue, it took me 3 tries and 4 Vanishes to finally do it though. The way I did it was wait on the ledge above the water, and as they are passing you drop down into the water with distract ready. You want to throw distract when they are in the opposite corner that you are in, right before the lady turns again. I looted the egg near the far wall and you have to be fairly close to it in order to use it. A few tries and you should get it right, just use patience :)

It's easy if you have theese three things: flash powder, blinding powder and improved gouge. Sap one of the two melee guards, blind the caster, gouge the last guard and snap the egg fast, then just vanish. Did it on my first try a few mins ago.

Soloed it as 54lvl priest. Died 4 times while running to the egg. And respawned next to it, shielded then screamed the guards and picked the egg up. Expensive trip though (repairings).
