Classic Level 19 Twink Hunter BiS Guide

Race: Whether you are going for the best racial for PVP or the most aesthetically pleasing appearance, you're going to be limited to your Faction's Races.

Faction Specific Quest Rewards: Some quests are Faction specific, meaning that if it is an Alliance only quest you won't be able to get it on Horde and vice versa. It's important to research what quest rewards are available to you so that you can get the quests done at early a level as possible.

Best Alliance Race For a 19 Twink Hunter

Dwarf: By far the best Race for an Alliance Hunter, you get 石像形態 which is nice because I always recommend having an on use Racial that impacts combat, and increasing armor while dispelling bleeds and/or poisons is not a bad ability.

Night Elf: 影遁 isn't very useful compared to the other Racials you have available to you, I would only roll NE if you really like the way it looks.

Best Horde Race For a 19 Twink Hunter

Tauren: If it's available for the class, I'd recommend going Tauren in the 10-19 Bracket because you gain access to 耐久 as well as 戰爭踐踏. The extra stamina and the on demand AoE stun makes Tauren by far the best Horde Race for twinks.

Orc: While the Alliance Races had a pretty steep drop off from Dwarf to Night Elf, Orc is actually a pretty reasonable option with a hefty amount of stun resist 堅韌 and an on use damage increase in 血性狂暴.

Troll: Personally Trolls are my favorite looking Race, unfortunately they don't have access to the same level of Racials as the other Horde Races do. It's worth noting that they have high base agi as well as 狂暴.

Managing Your Experience

Explore Zones: Although it might sound tedious to do so, explore every zone you think you might go to on your 19 twink. This is actually quite an important because certain quest chains can only be started at level 19 and in some cases can even give you 95% of the level; the last thing you want to do is accidentally level up by stepping into a new zone.

Don't Equip Your BoEs Until The Very End: Many items that twinks use are Bind on Equip and can be equipped with no cost to your experience. With these items, I wouldn't equip them until you are 19, finished with everything else, and ready to PVP.

Do Dungeons and Quests As Early As Possible: If you need an item from a Dungeon you should have a friend run you as soon as possible, it may take you several runs to get a particular item. In addition, Quests and/or Dungeon Quests should be completed as soon as you can pick up the quest, most of the time you can finish all of your quests before level 18. It's worth noting that certain quests will require level 19 to begin so you will want to have everything else completed before then.

Be Patient: There's a lot to complete on a 19 twink and you should be ready to invest the time necessary to make sure you are happy with your finished character. For instance, you are able to complete things like professions, the STV fishing event, as well as the STV arena event all at level 10, there's no reason to rush these things.

稀有魚類 - 布隆奈爾藍斑魚: If you happen to fish up a 布隆奈爾藍斑魚 you can return to Fishbot and claim your 納特·帕格的超級釣魚靴, these are the highest stamina boots you can get on a 19 twink. It's also worth noting that in The Burning Crusade you can enchant these with level 70 enchants.

稀有魚類 - 迪森皇后魚: If you happen to fish up a 迪森皇后魚 you can return to Fishbot and claim your 高強度恆金漁線. Although this doesn't actually give you a twink item, you can take pride in having collected something else for your hobby character.

Most notably, every chest will contain a single 競技場高手飾物 which will begin the quest 競技場高手 that can be turned into 小個子約翰·米斯瑞爾.

小個子約翰·米斯瑞爾 can be found nearby in the spectator seats opposite the entrance of the arena. Once you bring him an 競技場高手飾物 he will ask you to bring him 11 more for a total of 12, upon completing such a grandiose task he will reward you with 競技場大師飾物.

綠色護目鏡: Before you get your fishing hat, this is going to be your best option for a helm and it requires you to max Engineering. If RNG isn't in your favor, you might be using this for quite some time while you are trying to catch a 基佛天使魚.

自動淨化裝置: This is another item from Engineering that can hold one of your trinket slots while you are working toward your 競技場大師飾物.

重磅青銅炸彈: With this, Engineering gives any twink character the ability to stun enemies as well as deal a bit of extra fire damage. This item is extremely useful similar to how useful grenades are for max-level PVP.

強化釣魚竿: Can be found on almost all fishing vendors but, it is only sold one at a time. Fortunately the cooldown isn't very long and you should be able to get one of these quite easily.

高強度恆金漁線: A reward for catching one of the rare fish at the fishing tournament, you can upgrade your fishing pole with a stronger line.

明亮的小珠 or 水下誘魚器: Lures are a consumable that will increase your fishing skill by a dramatic amount for a short while. These should be attached at all times during the fishing tournament.

Twinks are an excellent in-game "hobby", your character will reflect the amount of time, effort, and gold that you invest into the character. Getting the absolute best gear on a 19 twink can be very expensive and very time consuming.

There are a lot of extracurricular activities that go into creating a 19 twink, you should be patient and plan ahead so that you don't accidentally level your character to 20. Events like the Gurubashi Arena, The STV Fishing Tournament, and Dungeons can be done early on to avoid unnecessary experience gains.

Grinding max level reputations can give you powerful pieces of gear and flashy items to show off your dedication. Grinding reputations becomes very popular among 19 twinks during The Burning Crusade expansion.

Engineering, Fishing, and First Aid are required to make a twink in the 10-19 bracket. Using these professions will allow you to gain access to unique pieces of gear, as well as powerful consumables to aid you in combat.

Few things:

Int/Mana
Your mileage may vary, but I find my blue bar being depleted much more often than my green bar. For this reason, I use Falcon gear for my Gloves and Bracers. A hunter's goal should be to blow someone up while kiting them or chasing them. You need mana and Agility to do that. I do have Monkey gear as well, but I find I use the Falcon gear the majority of the time while just using Monkey when going to grab a flag.

I have not go so far as to get legs/head with Rumination over Constitution, but that is another area where a hunter can essentially trade Stam for Int at a 1:1 ratio since 100 HP = 10 Stam and 150 Mana = 10 Int.

Lavishly Jeweled Ring from Deadmines is 6 Int and 2 Agility. Far better than a 3/3 Monkey ring.

Shoulder Enchants
Back in original WoW, the ZG enchants would bind the item to the character applying it. Naxx enchants did not do this. You could get ZG enchants on some white shoulders through an exploit, but...that's a paddlin'.

Furbolg Medicine Pouch
Haven't tested in Classic, but back in original WoW, the one use effect could not be used at level 19. You still got the 10 stam, but thats it.

Wingblade + Pouch + 1H Agility enchant = 20 agility, 12 Stam, and some rather weak Raptor strikes when fighting gets to close quarters.

Twisted Chanter's Staff + 1H Agility enchant = 25 agility, 6 Stam, 10 Int and big Raptor strikes. This is far better and makes the Timbermaw grind pointless.

Talents
I prefer 2/5 ranged crit over parry. It helps us perform our main role.

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet, but if you don't fancy the idea of the Stranglethorn Fishing Tournament, you could always opt for 開拓者長靴 as a Horde player or 山貓之靴 for Alliance as alternatives.
Additionally it might be worth mentioning which consumables are optimal for Hunters. You should use 保護卷軸 II & 精神卷軸 II, 次級敏捷藥劑 and 強力食人妖之血藥水 for Elixirs, any level 15 Well Fed food, and 重平衡石 for your weapon until 初級巫師之油 is available in Phase 5. Your Arcane Shot damage will be increased by around 3, and your total Serpent Sting damage by 8. It would be worth checking if 黑標美味蘭姆酒 stacks with Well Fed.
魔塵 and 迅捷藥水 are useful in a pinch. The dust can be farmed from Dust Devils in Westfall.
Alliance have access to a slightly better Quiver with 守夜人箭袋.

I traded someone the 狙擊瞄準鏡 to enchant my bow because you need level 40 to equip it but only +3 dmg increase like 精確瞄準鏡

So don't waste gold on 狙擊瞄準鏡 because will enchant +3 like 精確瞄準鏡

Alright, this post seems to only have the alliance gear for twink hunters.
As horde you are changing 西部荒野外套 for 黑暗迪菲亞護甲.
烏瑞恩的圖章 for 希瓦娜斯的圖章 and 殘酷倒鉤 for 翼刃 (it's better overall for hunter).
Wing blade and pouch is the better combo to use, but if you are going for 2h, go for 超大戰斧 or the staves that are mentioned, untill you get revered in wsg and get the wsg staff.

For boots as mentioned in another comment, 開拓者長靴 is the best untill you get Nat Pagle's, or even 尖牙足墊 is better than 山貓之靴 because the set bonus with leggings of the fang promotes your serpent sting's damage. Lastly , 提米的玩具槍 is better than 毒蛇 (unless you are troll hunter)
because you can craft 精製重彈丸 which are better than the arrows you can find at that level.
Also 比茲尼克247x128精確瞄準鏡 is the BiS enchant to use, NOT the +7 damage.

Instead of using Venomstrike or lil timmys, i am using Bow of Plunder which does more damage then either of the two at 11.3 dps... stacked with a scope and Feathered Arrows (which are not mentioned at all) its a pwning set-up ; )..
