This isn't arms warriors it is mostly prot warriors that weren't actively tanking a boss. Warcraftlogs lists them as arms if they didn't tank a boss for at least 10 seconds or whatever. I've never even actually seen an arms warrior in a raid group in sod since p2 because everyone knows sweeping strikes cant compete with flurry on a boss fight.What a click bait article.

I wish that warcraft logs would let you choose the spec you wish you parse as. The automatic detection rules they use are not infallible and cause aggravation.
AND, not to mention SoD devs quite literally saying they wouldn't support arms in any way. And they arent good in pvp either, worst spec of SoD by far.

Warcraft logs is a joke atm.miscategorizing specs and actively denying to fix/expand (i.e. shockadins).
The only excuse for Arms being at the bottom is because Blizzard did NOTHING to make it viable for PvE. It's crazy how they made all the "Pvp specs" PvE worthy including adding a few roles, but didn't nothing for Arms or BM.
