Ambush = Bad for any lvl 80 instances.
If you wish to go into sub for instances try this HaT spec.

Just keep up SnD and Rupture while doing 5cp eviscerates. Hemo every now and then to get that 5cp.
Keep in mind that build is decent for 10-mans and 25-mans.
If you want to do 5-man heroics then I would suggest to go with one of the cookie-cutter builds in the sticky.
