You could perhaps try to ask a Guard for.. well "Lexicon of Power" :)
I know there's one in Ironforge for Alliance, but havn't checked where the one(s) for Horde are placed. Orgrimmar most likely.

Lexicons of Power are big books that float next to the inscription trainers. Ask the guard for Profession Trainer and then Inscription. He/she'll give you directions to the trainer and the books right next to 'em. Grats! The right glyphs kick a lot of boot!

Why the hell would you
NEED
to find one? They were only ever required for using glyphs, but they've since removed that restriction.
