Yizelin is right. Go to the website, enter the code from the card, get another code, copy it/write it down, log in, go to Landro Longshot in Booty Bay, choose your item to redeem and enter the code from the website.

And each card can only be redeemed once by a single toon. No double-dipping.

If you're talking about the cards from the bonus Trading Card Game cards that came with those, the packet they came in should have the name of the edition on the front. Choose the option that matches that name, and then they will give you a lost of all the loot cards that were in that deck. Choose the one you have, enter the code the above website gave you, and you should get the item you're redeeming.
If you mean the actual collector's edition codes, then you have to enter those on battlenet, and not in game with Landro.
