Is it telling you this while in Battle Stance? Did you copy the macro verbatim? (There might be a typo.)

try using a simpler macro

/castrandom Overpower, Revenge
/startattack

this macro should cast overpower whenever u're in battle stance & revenge whenever u're in defensive stance. hope this will help
