Wing Clip / Concussive Shot Macro

Can anyone make a macro that does wing clip in meele range and concussive shot when not?

Well, wouldn't

/cast Wing Clip
/cast Concussive Shot

make it so that if you were in melee range, it'd do wing clip, and if not, it'd just do Concussive Shot next?

Seriously, somebody did just ask this in the very Macro thread - but I guess you missed that one. Like most who actually should read it do.

/cast Wing Clip
/cast Disengage

That's as good as you can get. Slow 'em down and get away, then kite. If they catch you again, you're doing it wrong. If you get caught in melee while Disengage is on cooldown, you're doing it wrong. If you don't already have Concussive Shot keybound, you're doing it wrong.
