Crystalsong forest is where I did mine (warlock). The last point takes forever. Here's a tip - choose the fastest weapon you can find...even if it's a grey piece of crap. But you probably already knew that. :)

In order to get that very last point you have to hit a mob that is near your level. it is pretty crazy that only the very last point requires that. I was at 399 a long time before I read that. I went to Icecrown and hit the first little dragon I saw and got the point.

My favorite way to level up weapons skills is to go into Ragefire Chasm. Buy a fast grey low level weapon and just relax. If you can heal with hots, you can probably do a much higher dungeon and get almost all the way up on just a few mobs. Dungeon mobs have a ton of hps, so it takes a long time to kill one with a gray weapon.

if you have mind control capabilities, this shouldn't be hard. You have a mob that has a good amount of life and low attack, you can easily punch/hit/stab/slice it, mind control it, then heal it. easy as that,

Crystalsong Forest, just below Dalaran. Find a nuetral tree and wail away. The tree will heal itself and will not hurt you too badly. If you die, say go afk for a half hour, the graveyard is about 10 feet away. You know you can stop and will have a good level to just use it in everyday circumstances when you kill the tree before it can heal. Usually around 375 weapon skill.

Sadly, the next time you are able to log in, at least in the US, these weapon skills will be moot. The achieves will be feats of strength and the skills themselves will not be displayed anywhere. The same thing will happen tomorrow in the EU.
