The robots out on IoQ have an "okay" drop rate. I usually wind up with a Primal Mana just from doing my dailies out there.

In 2.4.3, the number of phase wyrm spawns at Bash'ir was greatly reduced, so it's not nearly as good for mote farming as it used to be.

I noticed that yesterday when I was doing that Daily. I picked up 10 Mana cells faster then I ever did...
