Finding Focusing the Eye Chapter?

In a way, I’m a newbie. I played from the release of the Burning Crusade through the Mist of Panderia. Then I got bored and quit.

I came back in December 2020 and have played parts of Legion, BFA and Shadowlands.

I have completed the first two chapters of the Chain of Domination and all nine chapters of the Venthyr Campaign. My renown on my main is 44. It’s telling me I need to complete the Focusing the Eye chapter to continue and progress to the quest line to learn flying.

I can’t, for some reason, find how to start the Focusing the Eye chapter. Reading wowpedia and wowhead hasn’t been real helpful.

What am I missing?
