Addons cant do that, they are lua files.
Id check your computer for viruses, as either you got one, or you got a shady friend.

It's entirely possible that your account was compromised due to something not related to third-party add-ons. You should check your computer for keyloggers, trojans, and viruses in case your computer got infected; I can guarantee you, if your computer is infected, that the problem will only get worse if you don't secure your computer.

Scan your system with an anti-virus program and some anti-spyware programs. Chances are you're going to find a lot of things on your system. Disable Windows system restore, boot into safe mode and run the scanners.

Actually, LUA script files are perfectly capable of stealing passwords..

It's not too likely in the case of WoW since, as far as I know, addons don't load and execute until after the character's loaded - far too late to capture a password.
