This set uses the Purple variant of the "Horde B3 Cloth" artwork and forms a complete six-piece set of the art.

Like many older sets, no artwork exists for the helm and shoulders. While there are "Highborne" pieces for the head and shoulders, they use unrelated artwork and so aren't listed here. Just pick whatever you think looks good as there are no pieces designed to match.

There are four other colours of this artwork and all are available as complete six-piece sets. See:

Orange-brown (officially "Red"): Bloodwoven Regalia
Black: Bloodwoven Regalia (Recolor)
Blue: Bloodwoven Regalia (Recolor)
Brown: Bloodwoven Regalia (Recolor)

Also note that the unlisted 精靈貴族長袍 use different artwork to the rest of this set and have no transmog page. See their individual item page for what they're related to.

There is a much easier way to get most of this set:

The boots, gloves and pants are completely identical to the Shadoweave set, which you can get via your local tailor. You can also ask them to craft you a set of Runecloth shoulders, as they match the Highborne ones perfectly.

If you're wanting the belt, don't limit your search to just the Highborne. If you check out the links in Niaw's post, you'll notice it's the exact same belt for all six transmog sets (including Highborne)!

Sadly, for the bracers (which actually peek up above the gloves) and the vest, you will either have to farm them yourself, or camp the AH.
