Only reason not to get this talent at the moment is because of it's current bug which causes Death and Decay to cause massive fpslagg on multiple targets.

not only is this a must have for unholy dks but I've built a spec for blood dks, the death coil part isn't the good part but the DnD is great for aoe threat and dmg
