From a vendor on Caer Darrow (Island in southern Western Plaguelands). Have to do scholomance quests to get access to the vendor.

To get this recipe you must go to Scholomance. Before you enter the building, there's two ghosts outside. Talk to the woman and listen to her story. After that, she will give you a quest. You must complete all these quests in this series.

The first involves killing the Buthcer.
The second involves killing Jandice.
The third involves killing Kirtanos (sp?).

This must be done 5-man now, after the patch was released. It WILL take you a long time to do. However, it is worth it. When you complete the quests you get a trinket to see the ghosts of Caer Darrow. Go to the building that looks like the blacksmithing buildings in the alliance territories (not sure about horde) and you can get this recipe and the recipe for Major Mana potion (Both BOP)

i have one question about the butcher chain quest though... do you do complete scholomance with only 5 people... that would seem pretty tough. Or can you complete the quest with a raid group... or is there and ezier way plz comment

Water is half the price of air, you could bank with this ability! I've paid as little as 17g for air and around 7g for water. Too bad Herbalism doesnt go well with my Elemental Leatherworking:(

It's vendor bought, you have to complete ... hmmm... 3-4 quests, not sure how many i did. but when you complete it you get a trinket that you must wear which then shows you the ghosts around the town, there is also some blacksmithing plans. The guy is located back near the main enterance to the deserted town. It was possible to complete in raid format only by leaving the raid before each boss died. They are going to be making the instance a little easier, so that it is possible for a 5 person party to do. As it is my 5 person party got fairly far before we died so many times our gear was broke.

ps. Alchemy labs are located in Scholomance, required for some Flasks I believe.

..........its a vendor item after the BUTCHER chain quest in scholo which can only be comepleted in a 5 MAN GROUP....NO RAID!
