I try to make it a point to give this guy some water at least once while I'm leveling up, just for flavor's sake and because this was always such a cute little 'quest' with just a fun little pinch of lore behind it. Most of my humans were casters, so usually had some water while passing through Elwynn, anyway.

Besides, farming is thirsty work!

if u go buy this water in goldshire that is north from here, and i mean a lot of the water, u can get fast reputation with stormwind that can get u to exhalted that could go to 999/1000... try you will see its an infinite quest..

I think that either this guy or the NPC in Undercity is the guy from WC3 where u have to get his ledger
