Found in Karazhan after The Curator in the Library.

They do a magic debuff which increases Spell Damage done by
300 and Spell Damage taken by 600. Can be dispelled by Priests.

It seems that this peice is a drop from trash mobs in Kara. Does anyone know if it's ANY trash mob? It would be nice to be able to farm animal boss trash over and over, since it doesn't ever despawn, to try and get it.

also note that they are immume to spell dmg so physical dmg :)

After farming Karahzan for months now I have began having my raid bring invisibility potions with them. You can make it straight across this room with a lesser invisibility potion and bypass this trash.

Uuumm...howso? i thnk the idea of the invis pots is to bypass the trash...the detect invis doesnt help that ><
