BiS cloak in game from holy paladin point of view ... and ... buying both, this cloak and vp relic, is the best you can do, if you want maximize your valor points gear boost for heroic Dragon Soul progression (1250 for cloak and 700 for relic -> 1950 vp / 2000 vp 2weeks cap) ... last statement is/was true only during 2 weeks after 4.3 release ...

Shadow Priests
Holy Priests
Discipline Priests
Elemental Shamans
Restoration Shamans
Restoration Druids
Balance Druids
Holy Paladins

This item should be a first buy for the prior posted as no other 397 cloaks exist. The only upgrade is the heroic version of the same cloak. You must purchase this one first to upgrade it should you come across a token this early in the patch making it truly worth buying.
