Retarded, this ring is bad for everyone, save face for a priest but mostly no other class is spirit "good for" it's something that not even factored into how good an item is...but since priests dont even need stam since with int they can outheal ANY amount of stam they have, this ring is pretty much replacable by ANYTHING around it's level for any class. I still use seal of sylvanas over this thing on my warlock, and my warrior, and my shaman. It's basically just 5 stam...thats all...green rings have that.
Not worth debating over hopefully me watsing my time will save some others peoples ^_^

this is a good ring i have a lock and you need alot of sperit. and stamna that is why i think this is good it. Two classes i dont think the ring is for is warriors& rouges.

Hunters do need Spirit, Surgical Spirit or Neat Vodka to blot out the painful truth that only 1 in 1000 of them will even see the inside of Karazhan, and that most of them will end up looking like Elvis c.1970!
