Real weapons aren't meant to be pretty just inflict pain!
On a more relevant note this is fantastic for Blood DKs are alot of tank gear lacks Hit and expertise. As well as that this'd be great for all plate DPSers.

Edit: Don't see why I was downrated with information which is true, this IS a good pre-raid weapon for DK tanks and Plate DPS, alot of gear lacks the necessary hit and expertise...But hey ho subject to the public's "wiser" view it seems.

What's weird about this weapon is that for most of the other DM items they kept the name and model and ramped up the stats. (with the exception of the heroic cookie's tenderizer)

For this one they changed the name but kept the model. It seemed they just lumped together the original Rhahk'Zor's Hammer and Smite's Mighty Hammer, which had the same model but different stats.

If you look back at the original deadmines, you'll see that the original Rhahk'Zor's Hammer has been changed to the Foe Reaper. The stats are identical though.

Was running Uldaman (to pick up Horned Viking Helmet), I discovered the hammer used by level 39 Earthen Rocksmashers in Uldaman are the exact same model as the Foe Reaper.

This is the highest rated blue-quality 2-handed mace for this expansion. I got mine from the Foe Reaper 5000 earlier this year and haven't found a replacement yet...
