dont think these exist

been farming since i dinged 85 on the mage and not once has these ever dropped..

farm dungeon everyday in the hopes.. never EVER drops.

on a seperate note getting caster bracers is a nightmare, i also farm deadmines everyday and still yet to see van cleefe drop the bracers..

getting sick of doing those 2 dungeons everyday for the past month+

I have these bracers (non-heroic) I have seen the heroic ones drop once and have run this instance on heroic 40+ times. My personal opinion is that the algorithm that Blizz is using for the RNG drop rate calculator is broke. It works the way they designed it but their goal is flawed. I have a friend that has done over 300 troll items and over 300 dwarf items in Archeology and has yet to see an epic drop. The way the RNG should work is that the more you do something the better the chance is that you will get a drop that will benefit you. And btw Blizz please fix the loot table so that only things that people can use drop. I am so sick of seeing thrown weapons drop and not a single toon in the group can use a thrown weapon. Argh!
