These are absolutely golden for a ret paladin, beautifully itemised skipping over having the armpen that so many similar items carry. The fact that they lack armpen also means that it's one item where the other plate users are far less interested (which makes a change with the expertise and arm pen pieces ret paladins will tend to leave for their plate wearing counter parts)
