Must be one, if not the best rogue chest at the moment.

The 60 hit rating is very nice as it's hard to find a chest with hit rating on but the 2 yellow sockets make this chest pure and simple "imba!".

With two 16+ hit gems this chest would buff you up for a 92 hit rating a 2.5 % increase of your total hit rating!

With a white hit cap 755 for Rogue's this chest is, from the currently available ones, the best in the game in my opinion.

I hope that Tier 8 will have some more hit rating becaues it's rather depressing to see how little hit rating their is on the current gear.

Most AP leather is usable by both rogues and druids,sometimes in favor of one class. As a tanking druid, I must say that this is clearly in favor of rogues. It's not bad for a tank, but there are many better options for this.
Some things that can show you how much it is intended for rogues (this is for all items):

usually +hit, in this case a lot
high +agility when compared to the +stamina
yellow sockets, in this case -only- yellow.

Druid leather usually has more (or some) expertise, higher stamina and less yellow sockets (usually red and blue from what I've seen so far)

Druids need +hit as well as rogues need + expertise, but if there's a rogue needing this it's best to pass up.

edit: talking about feral druids in the position of tanks. For cats,it's even harder to draw a line

Netheral, your wrong. This chest can ONLY drop if one more drakes are up. If one drake is up, a new set of items come into play, and can be dropped, just how it is with 2 and 3 drakes up.
