As you probably guessed, there is no way to farm for this item. It's a random world drop that seems to favor The Scarlet Monestery (probably because so many people farm there for low level twinks).

Your best bet is to farm for this and the other items in the 'set' is at the the Auction House every time you log in and log off. It is a nice looking 'set'.

for the past 4 weeks i have been farming Scarlet Monastery and i had dropped everything but the leggings.. so i decided to try something different. I went to Uldaman and looked for the Shadowforge geologists.... my first run with these guys the leggings dropped! finally i have my complete set... since the shadowforge geo's 0.11% droprate i figured i would try.... good luck!

I've been farming these pants for about three weeks in Uldaman, and SM at 172 (64 SM) runs I still haven't seen them drop, or pop up on the Auction house . . . It's safe to say they're not easy to obtain

I'm not sure if the previous poster really knows what it means to farm something. If you make enough runs through Uldaman the pants will drop. Enough may be close to a hundred but if you have farmed a rare mount its not that daunting.

I can verify that every piece of the gear can drop out of SM (except legs). I have never seen the legs, even in the AH. But in 50 runs through SM, every other piece has dropped between 2 and 5 times.
