This shirt, among with all other shirts in the game has been nerfed to item level 1 in a recent hotfix. Presumably because people were using shirts to gain an item level advantage to be able to enter heroics.

It's a great shirt. It's free and in a color that tailors can't make this early in the game (unless they're going stitch-happy). My lvl 11 Paladin, Rees (in the Onyxia realm), wears this shirt and looks really cool. I'll get it for my Rogue� she'll look sexy in it. :P

So then, You've seen that bunch of Red Shirts coming and going every now and then. Look around, then above, they might show you hints in advance. Notice a pattern to what else they choose to wear? Study them and their surrounding. Remember the three primary colors of that eye. To join, forget invitations.
