I'm thinking these would be very nice for a 49 twink mail wearer. They are probably the best BOE item for the range. That means you can put nethercleft on them which makes them a huge bonus.

They have a hidden bonus when you also have equiped Khan's Underpants. Because his are the superior underpants.

In general, this is an excellent piece of legwear for a hunter converting to mail after 40. I was so happy when I found this in the AH for 3G a few days ago as I was halfway thru 42 and I had been searching for this exact pair for a day or two. Plus they look great. I'm so happy!

In my opinion, the best leggings for a twink hunter in the 49 bracket. As for shaman, I would personally go for Serpentskin Leggings albeit they are leather, they have much better stats.
