Yakeshi, I disagree with your assessment. My experience bears out ultimatum's assessment; I've picked many of these up cheap on the Alliance side, for well under a gold; have used a few, have disenchanted some, have resold others. Gethvel is correct as well, I rarely see these available on the Horde side.

If you are twinking, you are doing battlegrounds, and Protector's Band (18) and Protector's Band (28) is a better combination (or Legionnaire's Band (18) and Legionnaire's Band (28)) on an AGI/STA basis.

Defias Renegade Ring x2
+6 Agility
+6 Stamina

PvP bands x2
+10 Strength
+10 Agility
+6 Stamina

(Hopefully, you are not extensively battleground PvPing in the 20-29 bracket before level 28.)

You might look beyond just AGI & STA. I used a Heavy Jade Ring on my rogue through much of that bracket. Various Rings of Eluding are a good choice that I've never spent for, and even Simple Pearl Ring has a lot of merit now that it applies to all combat, though it's getting weak by level 29.

These tend to sell rather well for me, going for between 12-15g per time. Combined with the high price of stacks of wool cloth, it makes the Stockades well worth running!

So is this impossible to get now? Because all of the mobs that dropped it are removed except one (Which is friendly to players, but once in a blue moon becomes attackable due to some bug).

I don't know what's up with this ring

But I've been farming stockades like crazy to level my 20 mage. Dropped well oevr 10 times now, and sold at nearly 2g each

ran it 3 times and i dropped once on the 1st and twice on the third so technically i got it all three times i ran it :)

im horde so i had to mount up thru stormwind to even get in

in 1 run i got the following

8x Defias Renegade Ring - sold 2g each
Feet of the Lynx - sold 80g
Sentry Cloak - equipped on my rogue

I got two of these rings in five runs plus two blues and some nice greens to sell. I could do a run in 30mins or less on my 60 tauren druid. Took only one death to get to the portal too. I'm sure if you have a epic mount with all three enchantments, you could probably get by with no deaths.
