End of the Supply Line and Harrying the Hunters can be done by both factions, but "The Voice of..." followup requrement is different.
Goldrinn's Ferocity and Howling Mad allows other players to share you quests next on line, but Lycanthoth the Corruptor {H} will let you be in same phase as npc.
Into the Maw!{A2 ;H ;H2}. There are 2Alliance and 2Horde variants, for each faction one from wolf spirit and one backup from main quest guy in Shrine of Goldrinn.
Whole Firelands Forgeworks(8) chain doesn't have any pre-quests. You can get first time to Hyjal and ask warlock to summon you there and do the quests. However Lightning in a Bottle {H} is needed to use the standart teleport.

Like other expansions, does anyone know if it is possible to start the Mt. Hyjal quests at 78? EG: Burning Crusade you could start at 58, and Wrath you can start beginning questline at 68.

UPDATE: The answer is no, you must be level 80.

Does anyone know what quest makes the portal from Stormwind/Orgrimmar directly to Mount Hyjal available?

The first week the xpac was out, I didn't get it until completing some quests out in Twilight Highlands while I was level 85. Last week I noticed that I had it on my level 81 alt after completing like the first 30 quests in Mount Hyjal.

Cenarion Emissary Blackhoof is located outside the long house on the far left end in the valley of wisdom. It looks like he's inside the house, but he isn't, in case you're having trouble finding him. Talk to him and he'll transport you to Moonglade.

Make sure you are not Hostile with Cenarion Circle, because the guards at Moonglade will destroy you. Blackhoof is with the Guardians of Hyjal, so you can still get there.

OK, so I abandoned this quest as I didn't think I would need it - but of course, I need Hyjal rep and am still only neutral. After hunting around and checking the Warloard's notice boards a number of times after relogs and reloads, still no quest.

So, I jumped on my trust rocket and flew to the Ysera in Hyjal and fortunately, she still gives you the first quest she normally would! Yay!

Now, I only hope that that first quest isn't needed in order to get the zone completion achievement :-/

If you're a druid on this quest you have to use the teleporter, if you try to bypass and use the teleport moonglade spell you won't be able to complete the quest.

Speak with Cenarion Emissary Blackhoof to gain entry into Moonglade. Blackhoof is located at the tauren district in the Valley of Wisdom in Orgrimmar.
