If you are mining and complete this quest, Twilight Riot, there will not be as many Obsidium nodes anymore to find. Commander Jarod Shadowsong will be freed and flying drakes become hostile and zone is phased out.

if youre like me and felt like hitting something after the button you hit didnt give you a "point" in the "10" speeches you have to make and had to wait for the (massive) CD (for having to say a few words), literally look at the crowd.

Motivate (purple): while they're sitting
Enrage (red): fight pose, yelling animation, "no" animation
Insane (yellow): they're laughing

yay, it only took me 5 80's to figure that out!

This quest is required in order for to be visible inside the Molten Front. He's one of the NPCs needed for the Беседа у костра achievement.

When you accept this quest runs up, apparently finished in the Убежище в туалете, and takes advantage of the riot that followed the .

Elementalist Ortell yells: Yes, my brethren! We are claiming this prisoner for the True Sons of the Twilight! These ogre scum are not fit to offer him as sacrifice! They are not worthy of the Old Gods' grace!
