As the quest sais in the quest log, "You fight the urge, and resolve to bring it back to Ebon Watch." so go back to ebon watch the little grey area south-west on ur map =D

This quest item require no level to start.
My theory is that if you wanna level a low level char fast, simply get him a summon and loot this.
15 000 XP is well beyond level 10, that would usually go on 2-3 houres.

Correct me if im wrong, but don't downrate this unless its proven otherwise.

There IS a level requirement on this quest, even though it does not explicitly say so. This quest is only available if you've completed the Drak'Tharon Keep quest chain involving Drakuru, which started in Grizzly Hills. Since that chain had a requirement, you can see how this chain follows that same requirement.

If you haven't done the Grizzly Hills/DTK chain, you only loot the other pendant, which has an explicit level requirement on it.

The real difference is in the quest text: Drakuru considers you an old friend if you were the one who helped him take the Keep.

You can only get this quest if you've completed Cleansing Drak'Tharon.
Equivalent to An Invitation, of Sorts..., which is attainable if you have NOT competed Cleansing Drak'Tharon.

this does NOT drop if you have done any of the quests in Grizzly Hills or in Zul'Drak. I am 1 quest away from Loremaster and can NOT complete Loremaster. I was told it's drop rate was 50% but GM says it's 1.8 ... it's not either it's actually drop rate is -100.100%
