Time to eat a piece of cake this is a long flight. I am not sure why they have you run all the way to EPL to fly all the way back to badlands when it is so close to Ironforge.

The reason is that you would normally be questing in EPL before you come to Badlands. It takes you to Badlands when you are done with EPL. Of course, if you hadn't been questing in EPL before Badlands, it makes no sense whatsoever.

You can jump directly to Easily Swayed without any prereqs.

Blizzard assigned the quest ender to the Eastern Plaguelands because that is where you may possibly have just been questing.

What they forgot, however, is that the Hero's Call boards are in the cities.

Your help is needed to survey the damage done by Deathwing, and the disposition of Horde forces in the Badlands.

Gek has agreed to provide transportation to the Badlands via rocket, in exchange for your help. Look for him at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands.
