this dropped off the first Schnottz Air Trooper I killed for the "I've Got This Guy" quest from Harrison Jones. It feels strange turning this in since all of the guys around Belloc are hostile...and Harrison probably won't be thrilled to know I'm helping him out ;)

I was able to turn this in even though I had just destroyed the item.
Feels kind of wierd. Oh well.
