you need to follow fiona's quest line. after she arrives at light hopes chapel and you've done his first quest, this one becomes available.

To help avoid confusion for some. I didn't need to:

Have any Earthen Ring Faction. (I was neutral)
Move Fiona's Caravan to Light's Hope Chapel.

In short, when I received the "Boys will be Boys" quest, I just rocked up at Light's Hope Chapel, picked up and completed every quest in sight (not the two repeatable dungeon quests) and as I handed in my last quest this one showed up. You might not have to do them all I'm not sure but imo, it's all Xp and Loremaster. :D

This quest is not available as yet-
The quests "Argent Call: The Noxious Glade", "Buried Blades" and "Smokey and the Bandage" are in my quest log.
I have however finished the chain that ends in "Like Rats" plus "Gathering Some Grub(s)".

For those who can't find the caravan, I found mine back at Light's Hope.

I actually completed this with Fiona at the Northern tower. You just have to remember where you left her at and not follow the quest line exactly.

i did the gathering some grub quest. and i turned it in and now i can't get the quest where i have to go to eastwall tower to meet her. what am i doing wrong
