Essa missão é diária, mas não é oferecida todo dia. Tem várias missões diárias para a facção Therazane mas são selecionadas apenas algumas por dia. Se o PNJ não estiver oferecendo a missão, volte no dia seguinte e tente de novo.

Fail to see the problem with this quest. I go in, kill the first worm thats right at the entrance... Mount up, run past that bigworm that keeps making circles and go straight for Pebble. Ignoring the other worms I might aggro. Tell the little guy to come with me, I jump down (he just follows me down) mount up and run back out. Less then 5 minutes. I fight maybe 3 worms during the quest.

If you hug the right wall as you go over the rocks, pebble will follow you.

If you have some problems crossing the rock (The one with the nitro worm) with your pebble, try to stick to the left wall (and do not jump). It worked for me

It's probably one of a random selection of dailies, so you might have to wait a day or two before it's part of your selection.

The quest is given by one of the smaller Therazane in the throne room.

Yesterday I got the quest from Pyrite Stonetender. But today he doesn't have any quests for me. :(

EDIT2:
I got another quest that wasn't available to me yesterday: Underground Economy.
So it does seem to be part of a random selection.

I found Pebble at 63.21

Go into the tunnels, mount up on your Ground mount, run around the circle right behind the giant worm, and take the 2nd right.

Once in there you should see a ledge straight in the back, pebble is up there. So head in that directed, and take the tunnel to the right of the ledge. It does a circle as well, so when you enter the next room, of course take a left.

Once you reach the ledge, talk to pebble and then run around the tunnels and back out. Once you reach the large ring with the worm again, just do as before, wait for him to go by, then run over the rocks (always move counter clockwise).

I believe he has multiple spawn points, but I have been unable to confirm this as of yet, sorry.

I was able to go over the rocks with Pebble on the left side where it allows you to ride over. Did not jump and I was mounted. Pebble followed. I just waited for the worm to go by first and then proceeded.

If you are having trouble getting him over the rock wall in the tunnel where the Colossal worm is, I have some tips for you.

1. When you can, without pebble (or while watching your surroundings and making sure you watch for the worm), observe the rock wall, for in the middle/left ish, you should see a large flat rock that's like a ramp. If you know what I'm talking about, try going over that with Pebble. No jumping necessary, but you MAY fall (be in mid-air). It SHOULD work.

I tried the left/right sides against the wall and Pebble did NOT follow me. Also, after you FIRST talk to Pebble to pick him up, make sure you wait a second before you jump over that ledge. If you don't, he may not follow you.

Also, watch for the huge worm. It can pull you in from behind, and it can pull you in (sometimes?) for what seems like, 15. yards.

TL:DR? if you're having trouble getting over the rock wall, use the ramp in the wall. See 1.

After you get through the colossal worm's loop and into the first main chamber, take the first right and then an immediate left. Pebble will be channeling some green tendrils. Then just backtrack to get out.

When you get to the colossal worm's loop, go over the rocks in the middle part where there is a sort of ramp. When you come over the other side of those rocks, be careful not to fall or Pebble will disappear. And of course, be careful not to get eaten!

If you lose Pebble, go out of the cave until it says "Deepholm Scoured Reaches" and go back in. He won't respawn otherwise.

Go on foot and keep pebbles close to you.
Hug right wall of worm tunnel circle far enough away not to get sucked into worm.
Wait for worm to go by.
Time it so you are almost following his tail.
When you go up the rock ramp, do it on right side slowly and ensure Pebbles is beside you following your path (not doing the Egbert beserk). This might take you moving back/forth or standing still a quick second ont he ramp before going fully up so he doesnt get stuck behind a crevice.
Go down off other side of ramp on right side so least amount of fall.
Deak into right alcove right away and wait for worm to pass again and you are home free.
I went counter clockwise (same direction as worm).

If you loose Pebbles, you have to exit cave, then return to reset it.

Also going over the rocks and pausing just a moment for Pebble to path his way over them, instead of running non-stop (which forces Pebble to attempt to path down the other tunnel and despawn) works well.

This is about the most reliable technique I've found for working around this 'bug'.

I lost pebble 3 times getting inside that giant worm accidentally. Each time I was able to simply go back and get pebble again. I did not have to leave the cave.

Word of advice: If you have a ground/air combo mount (e.g. Headless Horseman's Mount), DO NOT immediately take off into the air once you get back out to the cave entrance. You will not get credit for bringing Pebble to safety and will have to go back in and get him again. I learned this the hard way. Pause at the entrance, wait until you see "Pebble bounces up and down happily as he disappears into the distance." THEN you can take off.

Pebble will despawn if you spawn if you switch talent specializations while he's following you.

Found out the hard way when I was switching to my spec with On a Pale Horse.

Because I'm lazy, I'm not turning in Underground Economy. So now I always have a bomb handy to launch me up to Pebble when the quest pops up.

I discovered the reason I lost Pebble was because I mounted my dragon BEFORE I reached the entrance of the cave. So, take him to the brink of the cave opening. The Quest Completed message will display on your screen and he will take off into the Crumbling Depths. You can then leave to turn in the quest. Don't leave the cave until you confirm you've completed the quest.

I look for it every day and havent seen it since 4.1 launch. This achievement should become a feat of strength instead.

Update: I finally got the achievement 2 months later.

I haven't seen this quest for two or three weeks now :( (Emerald Dream, EU). I'm 7/10 and I'd like to get this finished... :)

Have anyone else noticed that this quest is less frequent now?

EDIT: Forgot to read page 2 :D - I can see that I'm not alone with this annoyance.

Well at least I know I'm not the only person having the issue of the damned quest not showing up. While no, I haven't been checking every day for the past month, it has been every day for the past 10 or so and no Lost in the Deeps on Alexstrasza.

Does anyone know if repeatedly doing the daily quests (long after Exalted) has any effect on the frequency of the Pebble daily? Like... maybe just doing the quests moves through some kind of quest rotation that eventually gets to Pebble...?

I haven't seen this quest in 3 weeks. I've checked every single day without fail. Prior to that I hadn't seen it in almost 6 months. I'm 9/10 on the achievement and would like to avoid waiting another 6 months to complete it.

After getting exalted and the Glop Family Line achievement 3 weeks ago i just checked everyday for the Lost in the Deeps quest and ive not seen it since,so i think from now ill do all the dailies for the Therazane and see if the quest reapears as i was getting it fairly regular before i stopped doing the other dailies and see how its goes.....

UPDATE....

After doing all the dailies again for 3 days i got Lost in the Deeps on the 4th day,maybe its just coincidence,i dont know!,but it might be worth putting a few other dailies on hold if you need to and give it a go if your after the achievement.

Had Lost In The Deeps 3 days in a row now!
When it rains it pours lol.

I wish Blizz would make "Lost in the Deeps" and the "Glop, Son of Glop" quests appear more often. It seems that in the five months that I've been doing Therazane dailies to get the achievements, the Glop quest has only been available four times, whereas the Pebble quest has only been available twice. This is extremely frustrating; more so when the quest bugs out for whatever random reason that it does.

The second time I attempted to escort Pebble, he followed me part-way out of the cave, stopped, ran back to his starting point and despawned. After talking to him again, he followed me out of the cave, though not without issue. He would randomly stop following for a moment, only continuing if I sent my pet off to kill something that hadn't previously aggro'd. /smh

Is it me or is pebble getting more adept at finding his own way out? I hav'nt seen it for days :(

Since the start of Cata I have managed a total of six times on this quest, albeit more down to my slacking than anything else i guess :/

one of the more annoying quests.

all the comments here talking about pebbles following you over the pile of rocks on the right are no longer applicable, you have to time the worm and take the left way. you will get grabbed by the big worm, you're only hope is to hit jump and get released by the big worm quickly and be able to make it to safety without losing pebbles.

Plan on having to go back and get pebbles several times.

NOTE: you no longer have to go all the way out of the cavern for him to respawn

I kept having the problem of Pebble disappearing once I jumped over the little ledge on the way out. I tried 4-5 times and lost him each time. Someone else wrote to stick close to the right hand wall. This worked like a charm for me. My only caveat is to be careful, as I kept getting "stuck" on the ledge, and had to quickly maneuver to the "just right" spot before the large worm came back around.

[Pebble has gotten himself lost again, somewhere deep in the Crumbling Depths.

He's fortunate that his size makes him unworthy of the effort for those gyreworms, but it's only a matter of time before he stumbles too close to one and gets eaten. Whatever he's so intent on down there is certainly not worth it.

He seems to like you. Please, go and find him and bring him out of those tunnels to safer playing grounds.]
