The "Injured Earthens" are not the Earthens being attacked but the ones kinda dead laying on the ground to clarify who you should be healing.

An easy way to do it, is to create a macro with this text:

/tar Injured Earthen
/use Deepvein's Patch Kit
/cleartarget

That will target the injured, apply the patch and clear the target, so you dont keep targetting them, after applying the patch kit. :)

For druids, this quest can be done in flight form, or stealthed in cat form.
