The map-marker is going to point you in the wrong direction for this quest (as of right now in the beta), and it might confuse you as badly as it confused me so ignore it. Instead, you want to go to the southern-most point of the ledge overlooking the heart (which is the giant purple pumping thing in the middle of Nespirah). You'll see the corpses of some Naga, and the guys you're looking for are here. The alliance equivalent for this quest are on the northern edge of this ledge, also with dead naga around them.

you can get on your ground mount to run around this place; makes getting to this quest destination faster...

Just leave the room where the quest giver is and turn right and follow the wall. You will have to fight one or two guards with the pets but not that bad.

Nespirah has just informed me that we are not the only people fighting inside of this shell. A small group of Horde slaves has escaped and is currently fighting off the naga on the other side of the shell, up on the ledge that overlooks Nespirah's heart.

Go find them, <name>, and see what help they can lend us. With their aid, we may be able to rouse Nespirah from her torpor.
