The questgiver isnt Vision of Ysera, but just Ysera in Nordrassil.

If you happen to lose the quest or forget to take it once she spawns at the shrine of Aviana, you can always pick it up back at Nordrassil.

I was going to Nordrassil (horde) but its wasnt any (!) and i talk to her but nothing. Is it bugged or what i have to do?

This quest is NOT bugged, Vision of Ysera will spawn once you have completed the correct quests.
Grove of Aessina bear quest is a commonly missed quest after Shrine of Aviana quests stop.

She did spawn, but did not have a ! for me. I checked her out in Nordrassil and nother there either. I can't get the quest and there's a lot of quests after that which i cannot do either...any idea what's going on?

I have exactly the same issue. Completed the previous quest, she spawned but know "!" went to Nordrassil and no quest option there either. Any Ideas?

When I turned in, Vision of Ysera didn't have this quest or I didn't notice. Picked it up on a different toon and then switched back and still can't get it...from Ysera in Nordrassil or Tortolla.

Any ideas? Do I need to do the Sethria quest line?

To get this quest you must've awoken all the Ancients. The last quest at the Shrine of Aviana you need to complete is thus An Ancient Reborn (you don't have to go to the Hippogryph cavern).

You get a second chance to do the quest after doing the Rayne Feathersong quests.
Shes stands right behind Arch Druid Hamuul Runetotem

I do all Quests..

An Ancient Reborn, Durable Seeds, An Ancient Awakens, Return from the Firelands, also Rayne Feathersong 2 quests, but i steel cant get The Last Living Lorekeeper..

Has anyone filed a ticket for this and/or gotten a response?

I've had the same problem, went to all three locations for Ysera and no quest given.

When you talk to Ysera, she will tell you which places you have to protect. Malorne is the last, so anything else (Aessina, Aviana, Goldrinn) is what you are missing. For me, I forgot to the do the quest chains at Whistling Grove before The Sanct of Malorne chain was unlocked.

What always happens is, people finish Oh, Deer! and Disrupting the Rituals first, but can't get the next quest until they turn in Black Heart of Flame. However, once you turn in that quest, you aren't close enough to see the quest giver for Last Stand at Whistling Grove, but you DO have a breadcrumb to do the quests to the east, so you end up over there for 30 minutes and then run into a dead-end with no quests.

You need to go back to Laina Nightsky and pick up Last Stand at Whistling Grove, then everything will continue from there.

ATTENTION! If you are missing this quest, and cannot pick it up from either the Visions of Ysera, or Ysera herself in Nordrassil, you may be missing the quests from the following quest givers:

Jadi Falaryn
Oomla Whitehorn

I guarantee that if you are unable to pick up this quest, there is a quest you missed. Most likely it was around one of the 3 shrines. Talk to Ysera back in Nordrassil, and if you are able to ask her about any of the 3 shrines, then you are missing a quest from that area. Fly everywhere in and around the shrine(s) in question, and you should find the quests you're missing.

PS: I both made a ticket and talked to a blue on the forums when this happened to me, and this is indeed the case if you can't pick it up.

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO.

1) talk to ysera in nordrassil (actually read what she says its not a quest)
2) whatever areas she is trying to talk to you about is where your missing something
3) go to that area aka whatever shrine or area in hyjal
4) this will narrow your search down since there really is no anwser that fits everyones problem of what quest they are missing
5) if there are no quests go in the portals in that area. you are def missing something there so look those specific quests up where they start and end to narrow it down more.

basically you need to finish all the pre quests to move forward and ysera will point you in the right direction by what she is talking about.

[You have awakened the ancients, <name>, but the wilderness spirit Aessina remains silent. With her help, we can turn the tide of this attack and undo the damage Twilight's Hammer has done.

There may be one who can help us. The oldest of the trees, Nordu, stood in the center of what is now the Flamewake for thousands of years. His wisdom is as old as this mountain. If that old tree still lives, perhaps he can awaken Aessina... seek him out.]
