Go back to the bat handler from the last quest; he'll put you on a ride to Razor Hill.

Once there, target each of the trolls standing around and use the drum. They're eager. Once you have five of them, head back to the questgiver. If you mount up, so will they so ride like the wind.

Once you reach the questgiver, they'll each be delivered and you'll complete the quest.

This quest is the fifth of a the limited chain-quest to take back Echo Isles for the trolls.

The complete reward for the chain is:

92g 61s (at level 80)
Darkspear Pride (From Dance Of De Spirits)
Darkspear Shroud (From Zalazane's Fall)

Remember, this quest is only available for a limited time, so hurry up!

They mount up on raptors when you get on yours. Also, the turn in dude is right in front of Vanira.

One or more of the troll volunteers will mount what appears to be an Ivory Raptor. Are they bringing the mount back?

One of the random things the volunteers can say when reporting for duty is "New troll here," which is what your trolls would say when spawning at a barracks in Warcraft II.

Don't be like me and forget to read the quest log! At level 10 and with no mount, I didn't know you could take a ride from the bad handler to Razor Hill.

Less walking for us lazy people. (:

Once ya've convinced dem to volunteer, bring dem back to me for trainin'. Go over an' talk to Handler Marnlek to de south. He can lend you a bat for de ride to Razor Hill.]
