You MUST go outside the gates to the north. There'll be some grunts there, and once you get through them there's a few islands to the north-west. On these islands are the catapults.

It's a good idea to pair this quest with Silenciando Rugifúria, Silencing Rageroar, since the lieutenants are in the same place as the weapons that you have to burn, and the 'boss' isn't too far away. Up near the 'boss' there's a large machine which is the knife thrower

Is anyone aware of a way to get Paxton's Torch again if you might have somehow accidentally destroyed it?

68.38 are the coordinates of the BladeThrower and Catapults. It's also a joint quest with Silencing Rageroar.

They do not highlight with a description. You need to toss them while standing in front of them.

The Blade Tower at 67.95 36.41, near Karga, the boss of .

67,37 is coord for the Bladethrower, also close to Karga Rageroar

the catapults are on the small island with the grunts, the blade throwers are on the next island where Rageroar is. Only thing is they aren't glowing or no name will show up if you hold your mouse over them.
