Make sure you buy the Zepelim Pequeno de Papel from Jepetto, not the Kit de Zepelim de Papel. The regular paper zeppelin is meant for tossing at players, while the small one is specifically for the orphans.

After you buy the Small Paper Zeppelin throw it to your orphan to complete the quest.

You cannot buy this before you get the quest (in preparation), so don't bother going to Dalaran early to get it.

I've thrown the Small Paper zepp to my Orcacle Orphan around 5 times and still can't seem to complete the quest's objective. Have tried tossing at him inside and outside the Wonderworks, nothing happened. help?

u need to buy the small zeppelin at the end page of the vendor not the regular zeppelin kit

Órfão Oráculo Roo's Zepelim Pequeno de Papel is sold by both Gepeto Fazquebrinca and Assistente de Corda (but only while you're on the quest). Emília and Colin are just browsing.

there are 2 zeppelins for sale - 1 is a kit and you can't throw it to the kid... the other is at the bottom of the list and is a single toy, thats the one for your orphan
