Start earning Champion's Seals from daily quests to purchase rewards.

After completing A Champion Rises, quests open up allowing you to repeat the valiant stage of daily quests for the other factions with which you have not yet earned the right to champion.

Alliance Version

- First equip your Alliance Lance in you main hand slot.
- Head to the The Aspirants Ring (71,19), and mount up on the Quel'dorei Steed.
- Once on the mount, a vehicle panel will open and you get 6 different abilities to use.

1. Thrust Melee Attack that inflicts damage.
2. Shield Breaker Ranged Attack that inflicts damage and removes 1 layer of Defend.
3. Charge Charge Attack that inficts damage and removes 1 layer of Defend.
4. Defend Reduces Damage Taken by 30%. Stacks 3 times.
5. Refresh Mount Heals your mount.
6. Duel Duel another combatant.

- Go talk to Rugan Steelbelly (72,18), and take his advice.

- Use the Shield Breaker ability on a Charge Target.
The Shield breaker ability will remove the 1 layer of defend, and then use the Charge ability on the vulnerable Charge target (2times).

I charged the range targets around six times before I realized..you're supposed to charge the CHARGE targets. If you find yourself not getting quest credit, make sure you're charging the right target.

I had a weird bug where my Shield-Breaker wouldn't work. I fixed it by dismounting and getting another mount.

[Your strongest attack in mounted combat is undoubtedly the charge. Take this lance and mount the stabled Quel'dorei steed just outside the pavilion.

Once you're mounted, speak with Rugan Steelbelly. He's on the northern edge of the tournament grounds at the training area east of the Aspirants' Ring. Rugan will tell you how to use this powerful ability and teach you some basic strategies.]
